Where to access Clipped Products:

The IntoAEC Product Clipper lets you capture and save product details directly from any website into your Manage Inventory section. This tool helps you quickly build your product library without manual entry. 

Step 1: Access the Product Clipper

1. Navigate to Resources → Manage Inventory → Clipped Products.
    
   
   

2. If no products have been clipped yet, click “Click here to download the Product Clipper” to begin the setup.
    
   
   
   Step 2: Install and Pin the Extension

1. After downloading, install the IntoAEC Product Clipper extension in your browser.
    

2. Pin it to your browser toolbar for quick and easy access.

Step 3: Log In to the Product Clipper

1. Open the IntoAEC Product Clipper extension.

2. Log in using your IntoAEC account credentials.
   

Step 4: Clip Products from Any Website

1. Visit any website where you want to capture product details.

2. Open the Product Clipper extension.
   

3. Select by clicking on the website/ fill in the required product (optional) details, including:

   • Product Image

   • Category

   • Sub-category

   • Unit Cost

4. Click Save to add the product to your clipped list.
   

Step 5: View Your Clipped Products

1. Go to Resources → Manage Inventory → Clipped Products.

2. All the products you’ve added through the Product Clipper will be displayed here.
   

How to Filter Clipped Products?

The Clipped Products section allows you to quickly find and manage products using category filters or the search bar. Here’s how you can refine your product list for faster access:

1. Filter by Category

• Use the Category and Sub-category filters to narrow down the product list.
  

• Select the desired options from the dropdown menus.
  

• Click Apply to view only the products that match your selected filters.
  
  

2. Search by Product Name

• In the search bar, type the product name you want to find.
  

• The relevant product(s) will instantly appear in the grid for easy access.
  
  Using these filters and search tools helps you quickly locate the exact product you’re looking for, making inventory management faster and more efficient. 

Using Your Clipped Products in Other Modules:

Once your products are clipped and saved, they become instantly reusable across the platform. No need to re-enter the same product details again and again. When you're building an Estimate, adding BOQ Items, or creating an Estimate Template, simply open the Product/Service off-canvas and select Clipped Products from the dropdown. You’ll see all your previously clipped products listed in one place—just pick the items you need and add them directly. This keeps your workflow fast and consistent, ensures accuracy in product information, and helps you build estimates more efficiently with pre-defined materials ready at your fingertips
