In the realm of lead management, effective communication plays a pivotal role in nurturing relationships and driving conversions. Within our platform, we've streamlined the process of composing and sending emails to leads, ensuring seamless interactions. This guide outlines the steps to access and utilize our communication feature, empowering users to engage with leads efficiently.
Accessing Communication:
Go to the side menu.
Choose "Lead Manager."
Select the specific lead to whom you want to send an email.
Click on "Communication."
Sending Email to Lead:
Click "Compose Email."
A popup will open allowing you to compose a new email.
Choose compose from scratch or choose from template.
Click on proceed button.
Type your email or choose from a template.

After finalizing your email, click "Send."
Viewing Email Status:
Once you've sent the email to the lead, you can see its status in a table.
The table includes:
Date: The day the email was sent to the lead.
Send from: The person who sent the email to the lead and their email ID.
Status:
Sent: When the email was sent.
Delivered: When the lead received the email (date and time).
Opened: When the lead opened the email.
Bounce: When the email bounced.
Template name: Which email template has been sent should be displayed.
Deliver on: Date and time of the email sent should be displayed.
Opened on: Status of the visibility should be displayed
Checking Status Specific to Email:
There is an option to view the status specific to an email.
Click on "Sent."
It will prompt you to select the period range to see the status of the email.
Click Apply
