Managing Call Logs in Lead Management
The call log feature offers a user-friendly method to monitor lead communication. Users can efficiently record key details like call timestamps, notes, and follow-up actions for each interaction
This feature enhances productivity by allowing users to quickly update the status of leads based on the outcome of their calls. Whether a call results in a successful connection, a follow-up is needed, or a lead is marked as unresponsive, users can easily document these updates within the call log.
Furthermore, the call log feature promotes collaboration and transparency within teams by providing a centralized platform where users can view and review the communication history with leads
Where can you access the call log?
Access the side menu.
Click on "Lead Manager.
Choose the specific lead you want to update.
Navigate to the call log section.
To add a call log:
If you're adding a call log for the first time, there won't be any existing data.
Click here to add a call log.
Next, a screen will appear where you can provide details:
Call purpose: Input the purpose of the call.
What happened on call: Choose the outcome of the call from options like:
Good discussion
Call later
Not interested
Not answered
Comment (optional): add comments to include important details.
Click "Add call log" to complete the process.
Where can you view the added call log and make edits to it?
After adding the call log for a lead, you'll be able to view the call log details.
Here's what you can do:
Added by: Select the user whose call log entry you want to view.
Added on: Choose a date range to view call logs within that period.
For each call log entry, you can edit or delete it.
Edit: Modify the call purpose, call outcome, or comments.
After editing, click "Update" to save changes.
Delete: Removing a call log will erase the associated entry entirely.
Alternatively, you can select multiple entries using checkboxes for batch deletion.
