Every call tells a story—whether it’s a quick follow-up, a deep discussion, or just a missed ring. With Call Logs, you can capture every detail in one place. No more scribbled notes, forgotten outcomes, or “Who last spoke to this lead?” moments.
Think of it as your team’s shared memory bank for calls—organized, searchable, and always up to date.

Log timestamps, purpose, outcomes, and comments in seconds. - Upload Call Audio
Attach recordings, play them back, or even generate instant text summaries with built-in speech-to-texts. - Stay Aligned as a Team
Everyone can see the full communication history—so no lead slips through the cracks. - Edit or Delete Entries
Need to correct details? Update or remove logs anytime.
How to Get There
- Go to Lead Manager
From the sidebar, click Lead Manager. - Choose Your Lead
Select the specific lead you want to update. - Open Call Log
Inside the lead’s page, navigate to the Call Log section.

Empty State
If no logs exist yet → You’ll see a friendly illustration saying “No Call Logs Found” with an Action button ready to get you started.
Adding a Call Log (Manual)
From the Action menu, select Call Log.
A popup opens where you fill in:
Call Purpose – e.g., Follow-up on estimate.
What Happened – Choose: Good Discussion, Call Later, Not Interested, Not Answered.
Comments – Add notes, next steps, or decisions made.
Hit Add Call Log—and done!
Adding a Call Log (Audio Upload)
From the Action menu, select Upload Audio.
Upload MP3 or WAV recording.
Use the custom audio player: Play/Pause, Mute, Download, Playback Speed.
Click Summarize to auto-generate a transcript.
Fill in Call Purpose, Outcome, and (optional) Comments.
Hit Add Log—and your audio call is logged!
Managing & Reviewing Log
Filters – Quickly find entries by User Role or Date Range.
Edit – Update purpose, outcomes, or comments, then click Update.
Delete – Permanently remove an entry if no longer needed.
