Profile Details & Account Settings – Your Digital Identity Hub

Your profile is more than just information — it’s your personal brand inside IntoAEC. Keeping it updated ensures seamless communication, smoother workflows, and enhanced security. Here’s your step-by-step guide to managing it like a pro:


Accessing Account Settings

  1. Look at the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Click the Profile Icon.

  3. From the dropdown, select My Account.

  4. By default, the Profile Details page will open.

Think of this as your control center — where your identity, preferences, and security come together in one place.


Updating Your Profile Photo

First impressions matter — even digitally. Update your profile photo with ease:

  1. On your Profile page, click the “>>” icon near your photo

  2. You’ll see four smart options:

    • Close – Exit without changes.

    • Preview – Check how the photo looks before applying.

    • Upload – Add a new professional photo.

    • Delete – Remove your existing image.

  3. Once uploaded, your new picture will reflect instantly across the platform.

 Pro Tip: Use a clear, professional headshot so teammates and clients recognize you immediately.


Editing Profile Information

Click the Edit button in the Profile Details section. 

  • First Name & Last Name – Keep them official, as they’ll appear on proposals, invoices, and communications.

  • Organization Name – Ensure it’s the registered or current company you represent.

  • Job Title – Helps collaborators quickly understand your role.


Updating Your Email Address

Your email is your primary login credential. Here’s how to update it safely:

  1. Enter the new email address in the Email Address field (different from your old one).Click Verify to trigger the verification process. 

  2. Within seconds, you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) in your inbox.

  3. Enter the OTP in the verification field.

  4. Once validated, your new email is active.

  5. Next login → Use the new email + existing password.

Smart Security: The OTP process ensures only you can update your credentials.


Updating Your Mobile Number

Keep your phone number updated for OTPs and notifications:

  1. Type your new mobile number into the Mobile Number field. Click Verify to send a code to your new number. 

  2. Instantly, you’ll get an OTP via SMS.

  3. Enter the OTP correctly → Mobile updated.

  4. Next login → Use the new number + password.

Why it matters: Your phone is your real-time security key — from login alerts to payment confirmations.


Address Details

Maintain accurate location details for correspondence and compliance:

  • Address Line – Your building/street info.

  • City & State – Keep them updated, especially if your organization operates across regions.

  • Zip Code – Ensures precise communication and record-keeping.

Smart Use Case: Accurate addresses help auto-populate proposals, invoices, and shipping details in one click.


Saving Your Changes

After updating any section:

  1. Click Save.

  2. The system instantly validates your inputs.

  3. Updates reflect in real-time across the platform.
