Chat System(July 16th, 2026)
Collaborate with your team, customers, and vendors using the new Chat System. You can now manage direct messages, project groups, external chats, file sharing, and communication from one place. WhatsApp messaging is also supported, allowing users to send messages to clients and vendors directly from the application for quicker and more efficient communication.

Upload Invoice (July 16th, 2026) 
The new Invoice Upload feature makes invoice creation easier. Users can upload invoice files in PDF or image format, and the system will automatically extract the invoice details to help create invoices faster with less manual entry.

Face Capture Before Signing (July 16th, 2026) 
To improve signing security, IntoAEC now supports Face Capture before signing proposals and estimates. The system captures the customer’s verification image before completing the signature process, helping maintain better approval records and improve document authenticity.

Invoice Pay Now (July 16th, 2026) 
Customers can now make payments directly from the invoice using the new Pay Now option. This allows clients to complete secure online payments from the invoice screen, making the payment process faster, easier, and more convenient.

Milestone-Based Invoice (July 16th, 2026) 
Users can now create invoices directly from project schedule milestones. This helps teams manage progress-based billing more effectively by connecting schedule milestones with invoice creation, reducing manual work and improving billing accuracy.

Automation Improvements (July 16th, 2026) 
Automation has been enhanced with new trigger options and WhatsApp template support. Users can now configure automation triggers for Estimates, Meetings & Notes, and Lead Locked events. WhatsApp Template Automation also supports two-button templates, helping teams improve customer engagement and reduce manual follow-ups.
