Schedule Planner (September 26, 2026) New

The Planner feature is now available in the Project Schedule module. Users can now plan and manage Materials, Resources, and Assets directly from the schedule workflow.

Users can access Planner in two ways:

From an individual schedule or child schedule
Users can open the schedule action menu, click Edit, and go to the Planner tab. From there, they can add or manage materials and resources linked to that specific schedule or child schedule.

From the Schedule header menu
Users can also click the Planner tab from the top schedule menu to view and manage project-level planning details. This includes planned materials, resources, and assets, along with quantities, received quantity, used quantity, unused quantity, and related actions.

This helps teams connect schedule activities with required materials, resources, and assets, making execution planning more organized and trackable.

Dropdown Add New Functionality

The dropdown add new functionality has been improved across supported fields. Users can now add new values directly from the dropdown without leaving the current screen.

For example, while selecting an assignee or related field, users can click Add New User from the dropdown and create the required record immediately.

This reduces navigation, saves time, and helps users continue their workflow without interruption.

Factory Management - (September 11, 2026) New

Introducing Factory Management in IntoAEC to manage manufacturing jobs from project procurement to workshop execution. Users can now create Manufacturing Orders from the project Procurement section, assign the required manufacturing item, quantity, unit, workshop, needed-on-site date, notes, and attachments.

Once the Manufacturing Order is created, the job request will appear in Resources → Factory Management, where the workshop team can accept the job, add required materials, track job progress, manage stock, prepare dispatch, and raise Goods Receipt once the manufactured item is sent. This helps teams manage workshop production, material requests, dispatch, and job activities in one connected workflow.

Mail Synchronization with Gmail & Outlook — (September 4, 2026) New

Stay connected with your project communications through Mail Synchronization. Integrate your Google Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account with IntoAEC to sync emails and keep important conversations accessible within your workflow, helping your team manage communication more efficiently.

ACH – Auto-Debit for Invoices — (September 4, 2026) New

Simplify invoice payments with the new ACH Auto-Debit flow. Customers can now authorize automatic payments specifically for invoices, making it easier to collect payments on time while reducing manual payment follow-ups.
