Progress Claim & Retention Dashboard(13th Oct, 2026) — New

We’re excited to introduce the new Progress Claim & Retention Dashboard in IntoAEC.

This feature helps teams create, track, and manage progress claims more efficiently across schedules, quantities, materials, resources, and assets. Users can configure claim settings, enable the required claim tabs, apply retention rules, and track retained amounts from one centralized dashboard.

With the new Retention dashboard, users can view total retention held, retention claimed, and pending retention amounts. Accepted progress claims can also be converted into invoices, helping teams manage billing and retention release more smoothly.

Lead Time Management(13th Oct, 2026) — New

The new Lead Time Management improvement helps teams plan material ordering more accurately.

Users can now define lead time in the Cost Catalog and material planning screens. Based on the entered lead time, the system helps calculate when the material should be ordered before the schedule start date.

This helps teams avoid delays by planning material procurement in advance.
Material Grouping in Estimates(13th Oct, 2026)  — New

We’ve introduced Material Grouping in Estimates to help users organize estimate line items more efficiently.

Materials and line items are grouped automatically by type, and users can also create custom groups by selecting specific items. Saved groups can be converted into Indent, RFQ, Purchase Order, or Work Order, making procurement workflows faster and more organized.

This helps users manage large estimates more clearly and convert grouped items into the required procurement documents without re-entering data.
