 Implementing default auto-expiry and default allow suggestions for proposals improves efficiency by automatically setting a default expiration date and permission settings for all leads, eliminating the need for manual configuration each time a proposal is sent.

Where Can I Find Preferences?

1. In the side navigation menu go to the Preference.

2. Within Preferences, Go to the "Lead" option and proceed to "Proposal".

3. Enabling Auto Expiry:
   Once in the proposal settings, enable the auto-expiry feature.
   Set the desired expiration date for proposals.

      For specific leads requiring customized expiration dates, utilize the Manual Expiry option.

  Enabling the Allow suggestion

1. By default, suggestions will be enabled.

2. Upon enabling this feature, leads will be able to provide suggestions in the proposal.

When sending a proposal, you have the option to disable the permission suggestion for specific leads within the preferences settings.
