Why waste time setting the same options again and again? With Preferences, you can define how your proposals behave by default—like setting an auto-expiry date or letting leads share suggestions. It’s efficiency on autopilot, freeing you to focus on what really matters: closing deals.

Think of Preferences as your proposal’s “pre-game strategy”—set it once, and every proposal plays by your rules.

What You Can Do Here

  • Auto-Expiry Made Simple
    Set a default expiration date for all proposals. No more remembering to add one every single time.
  • Smart Suggestions
    By default, leads can share their thoughts and suggestions on your proposals. Collaboration made easy!
  • Fine-Tune Per Lead
    Want flexibility? Override defaults for specific leads with manual expiry or disable suggestions when needed.

How to Get There

  1. Open Preferences
     From the side navigation menu, head to Preferences.
  2. Go to Leads → Proposal
     Inside Preferences, click on Lead and then choose Proposal.

  • Auto Expiry – Enable it, set the number of days, and let proposals auto-expire right on schedule.
  • Manual Expiry – For special cases, customize the expiry date for specific leads.
  • Allow Suggestions – Keep it enabled to invite feedback, or toggle it off when you want proposals to stay fixed.


Pro Tip: Use Auto Expiry as your proposal’s built-in deadline—it creates urgency for your leads. And when you Allow Suggestions, you turn proposals into a two-way conversation instead of a one-way pitch.
