Start at the Lead Manager Overview
- Navigate to the Lead Manager  — your command center for all prospects. 
- Here, you’ll find a complete list of your leads, their progress stages, and opportunities waiting to be unlocked.
- From the list of leads, click on the specific lead you want to convert.
- This will open the Lead Overview page — your detailed view of that lead’s journey, activities, and potential.
Celebrate the Win – Mark as “Won”
Clicking the Won button is more than just an action — it’s a milestone.
- It signifies victory over challenges. 
- It reflects the trust you’ve built with your lead. 
- It transforms your prospect into a partner in growth. 
Confirm the Conversion
A quick confirmation pop-up will appear, asking:
“Are you sure you want to convert this lead into a client?”
Click Yes, and just like that, your lead is no longer in the “maybe” stage — they’ve become a valued client.
Pro Tip: Treat your “Won” leads as relationship milestones. The faster and smoother the conversion, the quicker you can start delivering value — and that’s where loyalty is built.
