In the Leads section, effective management of lead information and communication is streamlined, empowering your business to proactively engage potential clients. Features such as active, snooze, archived, won, lost, and more provide robust tools for converting leads into actual clients.

This comprehensive guide covers various aspects of lead management, including viewing all leads, editing and deleting leads, creating new leads, and fine-tuning critical lead details like source and stages.



Viewing All Leads

By default, only active leads are displayed.

The leads page presents your leads in a well-structured manner, facilitating effortless monitoring of each lead's status at a glance. Detailed information for each lead is readily available, and you can conveniently search and filter to locate specific leads as needed.

Within the leads list, you'll find:

  • Lead Name: Displays the name of the lead.

  • Stage: Categorizes each lead by a specific stage, enabling easy status monitoring and next action identification. You can adjust the stage by clicking the dropdown menu.

    • New

    • Connected

    • Followed-up

    • Meeting scheduled

    • Proposal sent

  • Project Type: Indicates the project type upon lead creation.

  • Project Area: Provides information about the project area.

  • Lead Source: Reflects the source of the lead.

  • Assigned: Shows the name of the team member designated as the lead manager.

  • Lead Created: Displays the date when the lead was created.

Action can be performed for each lead.

Edit:

You will be taken to edit mode where you can modify lead information.

Snooze

  1. To temporarily pause a lead, utilize the "Snooze" feature.

  2. Click on the option to snooze the lead when you decide to do so.

  3. Specify the duration for which the lead should be snoozed.
     

  4. Provide a reason for snoozing the lead.

  5. Confirm the action by clicking "yes."

  6. Following this, the lead will be removed from the active list and relocated to the snooze list.

If you need to make any changes, simply click here. You'll be directed to a page where you can edit the necessary details, and once updated, the changes will be reflected here.

Archive

  1. Click on "Archive" to initiate the archiving process.

  2. Provide a reason for archiving the lead.

  3. Confirm by clicking "Yes."

  4. Subsequently, the lead will be removed from the active list and transferred to the Archive list.


Snoozed

To view all snoozed leads:

  • Access the snooze lead section.

  • Actions available for snoozed leads:

    • Make Active: Reactivate the lead. Click here, provide a reason, and the lead will move to the active list.

    • Edit: Edit the lead.

    • Archive: Archive the lead from the lead management.

Archived

To view archived leads:

  • Access the archive lead section.

  • Actions available for archived leads:

    • Undo: Reactivate the lead. Click here, provide a reason, and the lead will move to the active list.

    • Edit: Edit the lead from the lead management.

Won

View the list of won leads. 

Lost

View the list of lost leads.

Filters to select from a specific lead 

Project Type:

  1. Click "Project" and choose the desired project type from the dropdown.

  2. Click "Apply" to confirm the selection, updating the table accordingly.

Lead Stage:

  1. Click "Lead Stage" and select the appropriate stage from the dropdown.

  2. Click "Apply" to implement the selection, updating the table accordingly.

Lead Source:

  1. Click "Lead Source" and choose from the available options in the dropdown.

  2. Click "Apply" to confirm the selection, updating the table accordingly.

Assignee:

  1. Choose the desired person from the "Assignee" dropdown.

  2. Click "Apply" to assign the lead to the selected person, updating the table accordingly.

Lead Created On:

  1. Specify the desired date range under "Lead Created On."

  2. Click "Apply" to filter leads based on the selected date range, updating the table accordingly.
