Think of Drafts as your project’s notebook-a place where you can jot down an estimate, pause, and come back anytime to refine it. No pressure to finish in one go, and no risk of losing your progress.
What You Can Do Here
- Save the estimates you’re still working on.
- Revisit drafts anytime to edit or complete them.
- Keep all unfinished estimates neatly organized until you’re ready to send.
How to Save an Estimate as a Draft
- Navigate to Client → Specific Client → Estimate → Create Estimate.
- Choose the estimate type you prefer and click Proceed.
- Fill in all the estimate details.
- Click on Action and select Save as Draft.
Your estimate will now be safely stored in the Drafts section, ready for you to review or finalize later.
What You’ll See
- In Drafts → You’ll find a clear list of all saved estimates, complete with details and status.
- If no drafts exist, → You’ll see a clean slate inviting you to save your first one.
