Refine Your Service Catalog – Editing Services on the Portal

Keeping your services up-to-date has never been this simple! With IntoAEC, you can effortlessly edit, fine-tune, and enhance your service offerings to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and client clarity.


Access the Services Hub

Navigate to the Services tab in your portal — your central dashboard for all service management.

Here, every service is organized and ready for quick updates.


Select the Service to Edit

Locate the service you wish to update and click the Edit button. 

An interactive form opens, displaying all current details of your service, ready for modification.

Tip: Focus on clarity and precision — a well-edited service is easier for clients and team members to understand.


Update Service Details

Modify essential information, including:

  • Service Name – Craft a catchy, memorable name that instantly conveys the service.

  • Service Category – Classify your service under the right category for easy organization and filtering.

  • Service Type – Specify the type of service to provide clarity on its nature or scope.

  • Description – Highlight what makes this service unique, including key features and benefits.

  • Pricing Module – Define how the service is billed:

    • Fixed Price – One-time flat fee.

    • Rate Frequency – Charge based on hourly, daily, or project-based rates.

    • Per Unit Price – Specify pricing per unit of work, item, or quantity.

  • Price – Enter the actual amount according to the selected pricing module.

 

Save & Refresh

Once edits are complete, click Update. 

Instantly, the updated service reflects in your Service Grid — visible, searchable, and ready for assignments or client use.
