Managing Your Organization on the Vendor Portal

 Accessing Your Digital Headquarters

• From the portal menu, click on Account Settings. 

• Select My Organization → welcome to your organization’s control center, where every detail reflects your brand.

Company Information – Your First Impression

• Click on Edit under Company Info.
   

• Update details like vendor type, registration number, and categories.

• Hit Update → your company’s first impression across the portal is instantly refreshed. 

 Your company info is the digital handshake — professional, clear, and trustworthy.

Business Information – Define Your Identity

• In the Business Info section, click Edit.
   

• Update details like address, city, state, country, and zip code.

• Click Save when you’re ready, and your business identity will be fully aligned across the portal. 

Your business info isn’t just data — it’s your professional identity. Keep it accurate to strengthen credibility and trust.

Social Media – Expand Your Reach

• Navigate to the Social Media section and click Edit.
   

• Add or refresh links to your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or company blog.

• Click Save to lock it in.

E-Signature – Your Digital Authority

• Open the E-Signature section.

• Upload a ready-made digital signature OR draw one on-screen.

• Click Update and your secure, professional signature is portal-ready. 

Every contract, approval, and document signed with your e-signature carries the authority of your organization. Make it official, make it yours.

Organization Profile Image – Put a Face to Your Brand

• Click on the Action Button beside your profile logo/image. 

• Choose whether to Preview or change a fresh image. 

• Update instantly → your portal presence just got a brand makeover.
