Mastering the Discovery Phase: Tracking Leads

Created by Emily A, Modified on Thu, 28 Aug at 8:36 PM by Emily A

The Discovery Phase is a crucial stage in managing your leads and monitoring the questionnaires you've sent to them. This guide will walk you through how to track leads and view the status of the questionnaire you've sent in the Discovery Phase.

Stay in Control with Discovery Phase

Think of the Discovery Phase as your mission control dashboard.
It doesn’t just tell you what’s been sent—it gives you real-time visibility into what’s happening with your questionnaires. Whether you’re following up on a busy lead or revisiting an expired form, the Discovery Phase helps you stay ahead without breaking a sweat.

Locating the Discovery Phase

  • Go to the CRM from your side navigation menu

  • Select Lead Manager

  • Pick the lead you’re tracking

  • Boom—you’ll land on the Discovery Phase section of that lead’s page

Here’s where the magic begins

Sent Questionnaires at a Glance

Every questionnaire you’ve sent shows up neatly organized here. With just one click, you can:

  • Open the Sent Copy – See exactly what was shared with your lead

  • View Lead Responses – Instantly check if your lead has replied

  • Track Status – Know if it’s still waiting, already answered, or past its expiry date

No more hunting through emails or notes—it’s all right here in one clean view.

When Questionnaires Expire

An expired questionnaire isn’t a dead end—it’s a second chance.
Click Resend, and your lead gets another opportunity to respond.

Pro Tip: If you’ve updated the questionnaire since it was first sent, the latest version is what goes out.

Smart Automation = Less Work for You

Instead of nudging leads manually, set up automated reminders.
Think of it as your silent assistant: it follows up while you focus on bigger conversations.
