How to Use the Questionnaire Feature



 This IntoAEC help article will provide you with a deep understanding of the importance of questionnaires. Learn how to create a Custom questionnaire, strategies for promoting lead responses, and Steps for sending or completing the questionnaire individually.

Additionally, we provide a default questionnaire template to help you speed up your interactions with new potential clients.

What is a Questionnaire?

 During the preliminary stages of discussion, it's crucial to determine if the client's requirements and desires are in line with the services and solutions you provide. Additionally, understanding their budgetary constraints, scheduling requirements, and preferences regarding space usage and design aesthetics are fundamental elements to consider.

To facilitate this process, you'll find a feature where you can create customized questionnaires to send to leads. Through this feature, you can tailor the questions according to your requirements and utilize various controllers to gather responses from leads effectively.

Where can I access the questionnaire?

Go to the side Navigation bar. Select "Template Center," then "Questionnaire."

For new users accessing questionnaires, upon entering the questionnaire page, you will encounter options such as Default Questionnaire Template.

There will be another option Create New (Custom Questionnaire ) 

If you have previously created the custom question, then there will be a separate column for the custom questionnaire

Strategies for Encouraging Lead Responses:

If you want your lead to respond to your questionnaire, you have to maintain the correct balance between asking enough questions to get the necessary information.

Make sure to simply ask for what you need — nothing more, nothing less — and respect your client's time. 

Utilize our Automation Feature to Follow Up with Leads: After sending the questionnaire to your lead, leverage our automation feature to prompt responses. 

Explore how automation can streamline your follow-up process and enhance client engagement. 

Set automatic reminders to lead with the Automation Feature when the questionnaire expires. 

If your lead has not yet responded to your questionnaire, we offer another great option: Answer by Own. This feature allows you to select a questionnaire template and engage directly with leads to provide answers.

On the questionnaire page, in the top right corner, you'll find the option "Create New."


After clicking on the Create New button, the Create Questionnaire popup will be displayed



Choose one question per page and click on proceed button. The Questionnaire creation page will be displayed
