Every project is different, and so are the questions you’ll need to ask. Our Custom Questionnaire feature makes it easy to design personalized questionnaires that fit your exact workflow. Whether you’re qualifying a new lead, exploring design ideas, or digging into budget details, this tool puts you in control.


What is a Custom Questionnaire?

Think of it as a questionnaire builder with superpowers. Instead of sticking to default templates, you can:

  • Design questionnaires specific to your leads

  • Use any of our 18 smart controllers (from text fields to dropdowns, ratings, and more)

  • Send questionnaires that feel natural, professional, and 100% aligned with your process

With custom questionnaires, you ask the right questions at the right time—and collect insights that truly matter.


How It Works

Creating a custom questionnaire is simple:

  1. Head to the Questionnaire Page.

  2. Click Create New to start fresh.

  3. Add your title and description.

  4. Pick from 18 controllers to build your questions.

  5. Save and send to the leads of your choice.

Not sure what each controller does? Don’t worry—we’ve built guides for each one, so you’ll always know how to use them effectively.


The Custom Questionnaire Table

Once created, your questionnaires are neatly listed in a table for easy management. Here’s what you can do:

  • Title – Displays the name you gave the questionnaire.

  • Description – Shows the description you wrote during creation.


Visibility Controls

  • Show – Makes your questionnaire available in the Template Center, so you can send it to leads during the discovery phase.

  • Hide – Keeps it private. Perfect if you’re still editing or don’t want to use it yet.

Quick Actions

  • Edit – Update your questionnaire anytime. Just hit “Save” to apply changes.

  • Duplicate – Clone a questionnaire with one click. Just rename it, and you’re ready to go.

  • Move to Trash – Remove questionnaires you no longer need. Accidentally deleted something? No stress—you can always restore it from View Trash.
