Propel Your Success: A Guide to Document Analytics for Proposals

Proposal analytics provide essential information into how a customer interacts with your proposal, allowing you to assess their degree of engagement and recommend areas for improvement. By following the procedures outlined in Analytics, you will obtain access to a variety of data, such as viewing status, time spent, download activity, and page-wise interaction. Using this information allows you to fine-tune your offers, improve communication with leads, and ultimately raise your chances of success.

 Where can I find the Analytics of the sent proposal?

  1. Go to the side navigation bar and select "Lead Manager."

  2. Choose the specific lead you wish to see analytics.

  3. Select the "Proposal".

  4. Click on "Analytics" to view details of the proposal sent to the lead.

In the Analytics section, you'll find:

  • Status: Reflects the current status of the proposal, such as accepted, declined, sent remainder, resent, Expired 

  • Last Viewed: Indicates when the lead last viewed the proposal.

Once you select the proposal, you can access the analytics.

  • Viewed: Shows the total number of times the proposal was viewed by the lead.

  • Total Time Spent: Displays the lead's total time spent on the proposal.

  • PDF Download: Tracks the number of times the lead downloaded the proposal if download is enabled.

  • Edited: It shows the number of document edits by the user.

  • Number of hits: Tracks the number of times the lead hits the proposal.
