Proposal Tracking – Your Deal Radar

No more flying blind after hitting “Send.” With Proposal Tracking, you’ll know exactly what happens to your proposals—who opened them, who viewed them, who accepted, and yes… who declined. Think of it as your proposal’s GPS, guiding you from sent to success.

Every action your lead takes is captured here, so you can follow up at the right time, with the right message, and close faster.

What You Can Do Here

  • See Real-Time Status
Accepted, Declined, Opened, Viewed, Expired—you’ll know the moment it happens.
  • Send Reminders
Gently nudge your leads by sending reminder emails, and instantly track if they opened it.
  • Resend Proposals
If a proposal expired or you’ve made edits, resend it with just a click. The old version is disabled automatically.
  • Track Engagement
See exactly when emails are opened and proposals are viewed—no guesswork.
  • Edit & Update
Need to tweak after sending? Edit the proposal, resend it, and keep the process smooth. (Once accepted, though, it’s locked!)

If you do not know how to send the proposal  click here

How to Get There

  • Go to Lead Manager
Open the Lead Manager from the sidebar.

  • Choose Your Lead
Select the lead whose proposal you want to track.

  • Click Proposal
Inside the lead’s page, select the proposal option.

Inside Proposal Tracking

Here’s what you’ll see:

  • Opened – The proposal email has been opened.

  • Viewed – The proposal itself has been opened by the lead.

  • Reminder Sent – Track when you send reminders and whether they’ve been opened.

  • Expired – Proposal expired? Resend it in seconds.

  • Resent – See when updated versions were sent (previous versions are auto-disabled).

  • Accepted – Marked clearly, with signatures captured.

  • Declined – If declined, you’ll also see the lead’s reason.

Pro Tip: Use tracking data as your follow-up superpower. If someone viewed your proposal twice but hasn’t acted, it’s your cue to reach out. If they declined, the reason helps you refine the next pitch. Every status is an opportunity.
