The Notes Feature
The "Notes" feature serves as a valuable tool for users to document essential project information, key insights, or any noteworthy details. Whether it's recording client preferences, tracking project milestones, or noting specific requirements, users can input a wide range of information to ensure thorough documentation and effective collaboration.
Where can you access the notes ?
Access the side menu.
Click on Lead Manager.
Choose the specific lead you want to add Notes.
Navigate to the notes section.
To add a Note:
If you're adding notes for the first time, there won't be any existing data.
Click here to add a Note.
Once you have given the notes click to save
Where can you view the added Notes and make edits to them?
After you add the Notes, you'll be able to view the added notes
Here's what you can do:
Added by: Select the user whose added notes.
Added on: Choose a date range to view notes within that period.
