Notes – Your Project’s Personal Journal

Every project tells a story—of ideas, conversations, and big (or tiny!) decisions. The Notes feature is like your project’s personal journal, capturing those thoughts so they never vanish into thin air.

Think of it as your team’s collective memory. Because while people forget, Notes don’t.

Finding Your Notes

Where does this secret journal live? Right here:

  • Open the Side Menu

  • Head into CRM > Lead Manager

  • Select the lead you’re working with

  • Open the Notes section

It’s like opening the back pages of your lead’s diary.

Adding Your First Note

Your Notes section may start as a blank page—waiting for your story to begin.
Here’s how to write the first chapter:

  1. Click “Add Note”

  2. Scribble down what matters—client quirks, project deadlines, or that golden idea from the last meeting

  3. Hit create

Congrats, you’ve just written history for your lead.

Revisiting, Editing & Tidying Up

Notes aren’t set in stone—they evolve with your project. Once you’ve added them, you can:

  • Filter by user: See who left the breadcrumbs

  • Filter by Date: Jump back in time to review progress

  • Edit: Fine-tune when plans shift

  • Delete: Clear clutter when a note has served its purpose

Notes aren’t just text—they’re your silent collaborator, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Next time you think, “I’ll remember this later,” open Notes instead.
Because the best projects aren’t powered by memory—they’re powered by great notes.
