Resending an Invitation to a User

If a user hasn’t accepted their invitation within the specified time, you can easily resend it:

Steps to Resend an Invite:

  • Click the Invite Users/Vendors icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select User Hub from the dropdown.
  • Locate the user with the Expired status and click Action.
  • Click Resend Invite to send the invitation again.

Pro tip: Keep track of expired invites and follow up promptly to ensure all users join your organization without delays.



The invitation email will be resent to the user, allowing them another opportunity to join your organization.

Pro tip: Notify the user separately if needed, so they don’t miss the renewed invitation.
