Let's see the files option of customer portal.


To explore the Files option on the customer portal, follow these steps: 


1. Navigate to the "Files" section to access uploaded documents. 


2. Here, you'll find all files seamlessly uploaded to the organization portal. 



To download a file, simply click on the download icon for quick access. 


Searching for a specific file? Enter the file name in the search bar, and locate it effortlessly. 

Managing Download Access from the Architect Portal

  • In the Architect Portal, each uploaded file or folder includes a “Visible to Customer” toggle.

  • If this toggle is disabled for a specific item:

    • The file or folder will still appear in the Customer Portal, but customers won’t be able to download it.

    • Hovering over the download icon in the Customer Portal will display a tooltip:“Download restricted”

  • This feature allows architects to manage what customers can or cannot download, offering controlled visibility and access.
