Managing Assets – Your Project’s Command Center

Think of the Assets section as your project’s very own warehouse manager—always alert, always organized, and never losing track of a single tool. From heavy machinery to the smallest screwdriver, everything has its place here.

No more “Who has the drill?” chaos or delays caused by missing equipment. With Assets, you can request, track, and manage every resource in real time—keeping your project smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

What You Can Do Here

  • View & Track Assets
See a complete list of your project’s resources—what’s in use, what’s available, and what’s already returned.

  • Request Assets
Need scaffolding, power tools, or safety gear? Just hit Request and you’re good to go.

  • Filter & Search
Forget scrolling forever. Use smart filters (status, type, ownership) or simply type into the search bar to find exactly what you need.

  • Live Status Updates
    Follow every asset’s journey—Requested → Issued → Returned—all updated in real time.

How to Get There

  1. Open the Client Menu
From the sidebar, click Client to view your project list.

  2. Pick Your Project
The Project Mastergrid shows all projects—select the one where you want to manage assets.

  3. Click the Asset Tab
Inside the workspace, open the Assets tab and you’re in!

Inside the Asset Page

Here’s what you’ll find waiting for you:

  • Status Filter – Requested, Issued, Returned, etc.

  • Asset Type Filter – Individual items or Bulk sets.

  • Ownership Filter – Company-owned vs. Rented.

  • Search Bar – Instantly find any asset by name.

  • Request Asset Button – Start a new request with one click.

 Viewing Assets (or Starting Fresh)

  • If assets are already requested → You’ll see them displayed in a dynamic table with details, statuses, and assigned team members.

  • If no requests yet → A friendly illustration will appear with the message No Assets Have Been Requested Yet—a gentle reminder to make your first request.

Pro tip: Think of the Assets section as your project’s heartbeat—the more you keep it updated, the smoother everything else flows.
