Manually Creating Leads – Your Business Growth Engine

Think of leads as the fuel for your client pipeline—the more organized your leads are, the smoother your sales engine runs. Whether it’s a hot prospect or a casual inquiry, this is where you keep them safe, structured, and moving toward success.

No more sticky notes, messy spreadsheets, or “I’ll remember this later.” With the Lead Manager, every detail is captured, tracked, and ready when you are.

Your Path to Lead Manager

  • Open the Side Menu
From the left sidebar, click CRM to expand options.

  • Select Lead Manager
This opens your central dashboard for all leads.

  • Click “Create Lead”
Your first step to adding someone new.

  • Choose “Add New”
This launches the manual entry form.

Adding a Lead Manually

Here’s what happens next:

  • A lead entry form opens—this is where you input all the important details (name, email, phone, business info, etc.).

  •  Adding a New lead Name

    • Start typing the lead’s name in the field.

    • As soon as you finish entering the name, a magical little button Add New lead Name button appears.

    • Click it, and just like that, the lead name is saved and ready to be linked with your lead.

  • Want to make it more personal? Upload a lead photo directly.

  • Once you’re ready, hit Create Lead.

Pro Tip: The more details you provide now, the fewer follow-ups you’ll miss later.

Where It Shows Up

Once created, your new lead automatically appears in the Lead Master Grid Table.

  • Instantly visible.

  • Ready for sorting, filtering, and next steps.

  • No duplicate entries or lost information.

And just like that—you’ve transformed a casual contact into an organized, trackable lead inside your system.
