In the clients section, managing client information and communication is simplified, enabling your business to engage potential clients effectively. Features include active, archive, and complete status management.
This detailed guide provides insights into various aspects of client management, such as viewing all clients, editing and deleting client records, creating new client profiles, and refining essential client details.
Viewing All Clients
By default, only active clients are displayed.
The clients page presents your clients in a well-structured manner, facilitating effortless monitoring of each client's status at a glance. Detailed information for each client is readily available, and you can conveniently search and filter to locate specific leads as needed.
Within the clients list, you'll find:
Client Name: Displays the name of the client.
Project Type: Indicates the project type upon client creation.
Assigned: Shows the name of the team member designated as the client manager.
Created on: Displays the date when the client was created.

Action can be performed for each client.
Edit:
You will be taken to edit mode where you can modify lead information.
Archive
Click on "Archive" to initiate the archiving process.
Provide a reason for archiving the client.
Confirm by clicking "Yes."
Subsequently, the client will be removed from the active list and transferred to the Archive list.
Mark as completed:
1. Click on "Mark as completed" 
2. Congratulations pop-up should be displayed.
Archived
To view archived clients:
Filters to select from a specific lead
Project Type:
Click "Project" and choose the desired project type from the dropdown.
Click "Apply" to confirm the selection, updating the table accordingly.
Assignee:
Choose the desired person from the "Assignee" dropdown.
Click "Apply" to assign the lead to the selected person, updating the table accordingly.
Project Created On:
Specify the desired date range under "Project Created On."
Click "Apply" to filter leads based on the selected date range, updating the table accordingly.
