Managing Your Clients

The Clients section is your one-stop hub for building, tracking, and nurturing client relationships. From first contact to project completion, this space ensures that managing client information and communication is organized, transparent, and efficient.


With features like Active, Archive, and Completed status management, you can keep your client database structured — so your team always knows where each client stands.

This guide walks you through everything you need:

  • Viewing all clients

  • Editing client records

  • Creating new client profiles

  • Archiving and completing client journeys

  • Using powerful filters to refine client details

Viewing All Clients

  • By default, the page shows only Active Clients.

  • The client list is designed for quick scanning — giving you at-a-glance insights into client status and details.

Each row contains:

  • Client Name → The official identity of the client (individual or organization) that you’re managing.
  • Project Name → The project linked with this client.
  • Project Type → The category/type defined during client creation.
  • Assigned To → The team member responsible for managing the client.
  • Reporter → The person who initially created or reported the client entry.
  • Created On → The exact date the client profile was created.
  • Actions → Quick controls for managing the client.

Pro Tip: Use the Search & Filters to instantly locate the right client or lead.

Actions You Can Perform

Edit

  • Click the client to enter edit mode.

  • Update client details as needed — everything from contact info to project details.

Archive

  • Click Archive to safely store clients you’re no longer actively working with.

  • Provide a reason for archiving (so records stay transparent).

  • Confirm by clicking Yes.

  • The client will move from the Active List to the Archive List.

Mark as Completed

  • Click Mark as Completed once the client’s journey is finished.

  • A Congratulations pop-up will appear — acknowledging project completion and keeping your database tidy.

Working with Archived Clients

To view archived clients:

  • Navigate to the Archive Client section.

Available actions:

  • Undo → Reactivate the client. Enter a reason and they’ll move back into the Active List.

  • Edit → Update archived client details if needed.


Undo (Completed → Active) → If a project marked as completed needs to be reopened, simply click Undo. The client/project will move back into the Active list so your team can continue working.



Smart Filters for Quick Insights

The filter panel helps you zero in on the exact clients you want to manage.

  • Project Type → Select from the dropdown and click Apply.

  • Assignee → Choose a specific team member to view their assigned clients.

  • Project Created On → Define a date range and click Apply to see clients created in that timeframe.

With filters, your client list becomes a personalized dashboard tailored to your search.
