Lead Profile
The Lead Profile section in the CRM module allows you to view, edit, and manage all key details related to a specific lead. This is where you can update information, track engagement, and maintain accurate client records effortlessly.
Accessing the Lead Profile
- From the sidebar, go to CRM → Lead Manager.

- Select the specific lead you want to view or update.
- The Lead Profile page will open, displaying all lead-related details such as:Lead Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Address, City, State, and Country, Preferred Mode of Contact and Assigned User and Reporter

Editing Lead Information
1. On the Lead Profile page, click the Edit button.
2. Update the required fields such as:
- Lead Name
- Address Details (City, State, Country, ZIP Code)
- Preferred Contact Details
3. Once done, click the Save button to apply your changes.
The system will refresh automatically, and all the edited or updated information will be displayed instantly.
Guide to Updating Lead Project Details

1. Access the Lead Overview
Start by navigating to the Lead Overview page. Here, you’ll see a complete snapshot of all lead project details, interactions, and related activities—all in one convenient view.
2. Edit Lead Information
Need to tweak details? Click the Edit button to unlock the lead project information. This allows you to update client details, project specifics, and any other relevant information.
3. Update Project Details
Make necessary adjustments to ensure the lead’s project information is accurate and current. From changing project status to updating timelines, every modification helps keep your records precise.
4. Save Your Changes
After making updates, click Save to apply the changes. Your lead project record is now updated, accurate, and ready for seamless follow-ups or reporting.
