How to Assign Multiple Users to a Lead

The Multiple Assignee feature allows you to assign more than one user to a Lead or Client record. This is ideal for collaborative teams where multiple members are involved in client communication, lead follow-up, onboarding, or support.

Where This Feature Is Available

The multiple assignee feature is available in the following places:

  • While creating a new lead
  • While editing an existing lead

Assigning Multiple Users While Creating a Lead

Navigate to the Leads section from the main menu.

Click the Create Lead button to open the lead creation form

On the Create Lead page, you’ll see two options:

  • Add New

  • Upload

Click on Add New to open the lead creation form.

In the form, enter all mandatory details 

In the Assignee field:


  • Click the assignees field to view the dropdown list.

  • Select one or more users you want to assign to this lead.

Click the create lead button.


After filling all necessary information and selecting the assignees, click the create lead button to create the lead.

The assigned users will now have access to this lead and will appear in the assignee list.

Editing a Lead to Add or Remove Assignees 

Browse the list or use filters/search to find the lead you want to update.

Click on the lead name or row to open its detailed view.

  • On the lead detail page, you will find two tabs:
  • Profile

  • Project 

Click on the Project tab to proceed with editing assignees.

Inside the Project tab, find the Assignee section.

This is where all users currently assigned to the lead are displayed.

click the Edit button to enable changes.

Click the Assignee field to open the dropdown and select multiple users. Selected users will be highlighted.

Simply click on a selected user again in the dropdown. This will unselect them and remove them from the assignee list.

Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Once saved, the updated assignee will be reflected in the Lead table view, under the corresponding lead entry.
