Upload Clients Like a Pro
Say goodbye to endless typing and manual data entry. With Upload Clients, you can turn a messy spreadsheet into a fully organized client database in just a few clicks. Whether you’re importing a handful of contacts or an entire conference attendee list, this feature transforms client onboarding into a smooth, lightning-fast experience.
Start the Journey
From your sidebar, click on Clients → your command center for managing every client relationship.
At the top, you’ll see the Add Client button. This is your gateway.
Choose Your Path
Click on Add Client and two paths appear:
Add Client → For one-by-one entries.
Upload → For bulk client imports via Excel/CSV.

Pick Upload if you want the turbocharged route.
Grab the Magic Template
Inside the Upload window, you’ll notice the option:
“Upload a CSV file (according to this Template)”
Click Template → A ready-made Excel sheet downloads instantly.

This isn’t just any sheet — it’s your blueprint.
Pre-set with the exact headers the system understands.
No formatting headaches. No trial and error.
Think of it as the “grammar book” for client data — follow the rules, and everything flows perfectly.
Fill It Like a Pro
Open the template and drop in your client details.
Name, Email, Contact, and more — everything has its own space.

Keep it neat, keep it consistent.
Bonus: Once saved, this template becomes your reusable key for future uploads.
Upload and Shine
Back in the Upload window:
Select your completed template file.
Hit Upload File.
Click View Client to see the magic unfold.

Boom! All your clients are instantly visible in the Client Master Grid — perfectly lined up, ready for proposals, projects, and communication.
