Inventory Management in INTOAEC
Smarter Stock, Smoother Projects!!
In construction, timing is everything—and so is material availability. A missing batch of concrete or delayed delivery of tiles can bring an entire project to a standstill. That’s why INTOAEC’s Inventory Management module is built to give you full control, clear visibility, and seamless coordination over every item that moves through your warehouses and project sites. Whether you're managing a single store or multiple locations, INTOAEC ensures that your inventory is always in sync with your project needs.
How to Access the Inventory Page
- In the main navigation menu or sidebar, select “Clients” to open the client list.
- From the list of clients, click on the client whose inventory you wish to access. This will open their profile or project details.
- Within the client’s page, look for the “Inventory” tab or option in the navigation menu.
- Select “Inventory”, and you will be directed to the Inventory Page, where you can manage and track materials for that client.
What You’ll Find on the Inventory Page
Once you’ve accessed the Inventory Page, here’s what you’ll see:
Inventory Dashboard Overview
At the top of the Inventory Page, you'll find the real-time inventory dashboard, which provides key metrics at a glance. This dashboard helps you quickly assess the status of your materials.
Key metrics displayed:
Ordered Quantity: Displays the total number of items that have been ordered but not yet received.
Ordered Value: Shows the total monetary value of the ordered items.
Received Quantity: Tracks how many items have been delivered and marked as received.
Pending Quantity: Displays the difference between the ordered and received quantities, indicating materials still waiting to be delivered.
Used Quantity: Shows the total number of items that have been used or issued to projects.
Once created, the group will be displayed as a “Group Card” on the page, providing quick access to the materials within that group.
Group Cards
Each group card displays a summary of the materials within that group, including:
All Items in the Group: The total count of items in the group, without listing each item individually.
Overall Item Value: The total value of all items in the group, calculated by multiplying the quantity of each item by its unit price.
The Inventory Page in INTOAEC helps you manage materials by creating custom groups for easy organization. It provides real-time insights on ordered, received, and used quantities, along with the total value of materials in each group.
