Inactive/ Reactive the user

Let’s explore the detailed steps to deactivate a user below. 

How to make an user as reactive/ inactive?

Step 1: Select Side Menu > Users hub.

Step 2: Select make inactive option.

Step 3: In the pop-up, enter the reason and click on "Yes" button.

Step 4: If the user is already assigned to some lead, then this pop-up should be displayed. Assign to any other person, click on "Yes" button. 

In the grid, Inactivated user will be displayed.
