Comprehensive Guide to Managing Terms and Conditions Templates

Explore the key functionalities of the Terms and Conditions feature to create, manage, and maintain templates effectively.



Accessing Terms and Conditions

  1. Navigate to Template Center

    • From the main menu, select Template Center > Terms and Conditions. 
  2. Creating a New Template

    • Click on the "Create Template" button. 
    • Provide the following details:
      • Template Name: Enter a unique name for the template.
      • Category: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown.
      • Terms and Conditions: Enter the content for the terms and conditions.
    • Once done, click "Save"


The newly created template will appear in the grid.


Key Features of Terms and Conditions

1. Preview

  • Click on Preview to view the terms and conditions in their entirety. 

2. Edit

  • To make changes to the content, select Edit. 
  • Update the terms and conditions as needed, then click "Save" to apply the changes.

3. Update Category

  • Modify the category of a template by selecting Update Category.
     
  • Choose the new category from the dropdown and click "Update Category" 
  • The updated category will reflect in the grid.

4. Delete

  • Remove a template by selecting Delete.
  • Provide a reason for deletion in the pop-up window and click "Yes".
  • The template will be removed from the grid.



Enter the reason for deleting this terms and condition and click on "Yes" button. Terms and condition will be deleted from the grid.



Show/Hide Toggle Switch

  1. Navigate to Template Center > Terms and Conditions. 
  2. Use the Toggle Switch to control visibility:
    • Turn Off: Hide the template from the grid. 
    • Provide a reason in the dialog box and confirm by clicking "Yes". 
  3. The template will no longer be visible in the active grid but remains accessible for future use.



By utilizing these features, you can streamline the creation, editing, and organization of terms and conditions, ensuring consistency and clarity for your organization.
