Divider – The Secret to a Clean, Polished Layout

A great proposal isn’t just about what you say—it’s about how you show it. Dividers bring structure and clarity to your content, giving every section room to breathe. They’re the quiet design heroes that keep everything neat, balanced, and easy on the eyes.

  • Keep It Balanced:Ensure your proposal looks clean and professional by maintaining visual harmony between sections.

Pro tip: When in doubt, add a divider—it’s the simplest way to turn clutter into clarity.

Pro Tip: Use a combination of text, images, tables, and layouts to create visually appealing proposals. Well-organized pages improve readability and engagement.

Signature – Finalize Approvals with Ease

Variables – Personalize Proposals Effortlessly

  • Variables act as placeholders for dynamic information, allowing your proposals to be automatically customized for each lead. They ensure your content is relevant, accurate, and personalized without manual editing.
  • For example, a variable for Lead Name will automatically populate “John Smith” if that is the lead’s name, and a Project Details variable will fill in “New Office Building Design.”

What You Can Do Here

  • Click Variable to insert a placeholder into your proposal.
  • Select the desired variable to populate the required field.
  • After inserting a variable, click it to change it to another variable.
  • You can duplicate variables for repeated use or delete them as needed.

Pro Tip: Use variables for lead names, project details, and other key information to make each proposal feel personal and professional.
