Steps to Request a Plan Downgrade:
1. Navigate to My Account.
2. Go to the Subscription section.
3. Click on the Request to Downgrade button.
4. In the pop-up window:
- Select the desired downgrade option.
- Optionally, provide a reason for the request.
- Click Yes to confirm.
A confirmation message, "Requested to Downgrade", will appear at the right corner, indicating that your request has been successfully submitted.
