Write with AI – Creating a Schedule Using AI
When adding a schedule for the first time, you can use the Write with AI feature to quickly generate schedules with the help of AI.
First, access the Client and choose the relevant Project in the Master Grid.
Click on the Schedule card for that project.
On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a Write with AI button. Click it to open the AI Generator popup.
In the popup, you'll find a "Write your prompt" field. Enter a brief description or instructions for the schedule you want to create.
Set the priority as needed.
Click the Generate button.
The AI will create schedule based on your prompt and automatically add them to both the Gantt View and List View.
This feature helps you speed up project planning by turning your ideas into structured schedules in just a few clicks.
