Creating a Product via Upload – Supercharge Your Inventory

Why add products one by one when you can upload an entire catalog in one shot? With the Upload via Template feature, you’re not just adding products — you’re fast-tracking your inventory setup and saving hours of manual work.

Access the Inventory Section

  • Navigate to the Products section in your portal dashboard.

  • Think of this as your digital warehouse hub — every product lives here.

Upload via Template – Your Product Blueprint

  1. Click on the  Add Product button.

  2. Click Template.

    • The system instantly downloads a pre-formatted Excel sheet.

    • This template is your blueprint — with all the right headers (product name, product category, product subcategory, quantity, cost, etc.) already in place.

  3. Open the sheet and start filling it:

    • Add as many products as you want in one go.

    • No guessing required — the columns guide you so your data is always clean and consistent.

Pro Tip: Treat the sheet like a shopping list — except you’re building your store’s entire product catalog at once.

 Import Products into the System

  • Head back to the portal.

  • Select Import Product as the product type.

  • Upload your filled template file.

  • Click Proceed

  • Within seconds, your products are live inside the portal.

It’s like teleporting your entire Excel sheet directly onto your warehouse shelves.

View & Manage Products

  • The uploaded products instantly appear in the Product Grid.

Congratulations! You’ve just turned bulk data into a structured, professional product list — without the headache of manual entry.
