What You Can Do Here

  • Allocate Contingency

    • Allocate by percentage or amount

    • Contingency amount is extra and not taken from the actual budget.

    • Add full or partial contingency

    • Use amount or percentage

    • Mandatory reason required

  • Track Contingency Pool

    • Total Contingency

    • Amount Used



⚠️ Only Manager users can allocate or modify contingency amounts.
