How to add an item from products

Adding an Item from Products in the IntoAEC Application

Click on the "Add Item" button in the selection.
Select "From Products" from the available options
A product selection off-canvas page will open.
In this page, there is a Product Source section with the following default options:

My Products
Clipped Products
Vendor Products
Use the available filters, such as Category and Subcategory, to refine the search.
Click the Apply button to display the filtered product list.
The displayed product list contains columns with the following details:
- Product Name – The name of the item.
- Category – The main classification of the product.
- Subcategory – The sub-classification for better organization.
- Brand – The manufacturer or supplier of the product.
- Quantity – The available stock or required amount.
- Markup – The additional cost percentage applied.
- Selling Price – The final price after applying the markup.
Select the required product from the list and add it to the selection.
Click the "Add" button to add the chosen product to the selection.

After adding the product, it will be displayed in the Created Selection list.

In the Created Selection, you can:

Edit – Modify product details.
Delete – Remove the product from the selection.
Preview – View product details.

Editing an Item

Click on the Edit button.
An off-canvas page will open, allowing you to modify the details.
Update the necessary fields such as Product Name, Brand, Unit Cost, Quantity, or Unit Type.
Click the Update button to save the changes.

Deleting a Product from Created Selection

Click on the Delete icon or button next to the product.
A Delete Selection confirmation popup will be displayed.
The popup will ask, "Are you sure you want to delete this item?"
Click Yes to delete the product permanently.
Click No to cancel the action and keep the product.

Preview Product Details

Clicking on Preview will display the following product details:
- Product Name
- Quantity (Qty)
- Unit
- Total Amount

By following these steps, you can efficiently add and manage products within a selection, ensuring proper organization and control over product details.
