Creating and Managing Schedule Templates in IntoAEC
Schedule templates help streamline project planning by providing predefined task structures. Follow the steps below to create and manage schedule templates efficiently.
Navigating to the Schedule Template Section
Go to Template Center from the main menu.
Click on Schedule to access the schedule template section.
Creating a New Schedule Template
Click on the Create Template button.
A New Schedule Template popup will appear.
Enter the Schedule Name in the required field.
Click on the Create button to finalize the template creation.
Managing Schedule Templates
To manage your schedule templates, click on the three-dot (⋮) edit button next to the template name. From there, you can:
View: Opens the template where you can create the schedule for the selected template.
Rename: Update the template name as needed.
Delete: Remove any unnecessary template after confirmation.
Search: Use the search field to quickly find a specific template by name.
