Managing Schedules in Schedule Templates

Schedules help in organizing project timelines efficiently. By using schedule templates, you can streamline the planning process, assign tasks effectively, and track progress with ease. Follow the steps below to create, edit, and delete schedules within a schedule template.


Steps to Create and Manage a Schedule

Navigate to the Template Center

  • Go to the Template Center section.

  • Click on Schedule to access the schedule templates.

  • Click on the View button to open the schedule page.

Create a New Schedule

  • Click on the Create Schedule button.

  • The Add Schedule off-canvas page will open.

  • Fill in Schedule Details

    • Schedule Name (Mandatory): Enter the schedule name.

    • Phase: Select the phase for the schedule.

    • Priority: Set the priority level.

    • Assign To: Choose the assignee.

    • Schedule Colour: Pick a colour to categorize the schedule.

    • Duration: Specify the time duration.

    • Description: Add any necessary details.

    • Attachments: Upload up to 4 images or PDFs (max 25MB per file).

    • Click the Create button to finalize the schedule. 


Edit the Schedule

  • Click on the Edit button to modify any details.

  • After making changes, click the Update button to save them.


Delete the Schedule

  • Click on the Delete button.

  • A confirmation popup will appear, stating: "Are you sure you want to delete the schedule?"

  • Click Yes to remove the schedule permanently.


By managing schedules efficiently, you can improve workflow and ensure tasks are completed on time. Keeping your schedule templates organized will help maintain a structured and productive project timeline.
