Viewing Linked Schedules in Tasks

When a task is linked to a schedule, you can easily view this connection in the Task section of the project. Follow these steps to check linked schedules:

Step 1: Open the Task Section

  • Navigate to the Client from the main menu.
  • Click on the Task section to view all tasks associated with the project.

Pro Tip:

Look for the linked schedule indicator next to each task. This helps quickly identify dependencies and ensures you understand how tasks align with the overall project timeline. Regularly reviewing linked schedules prevents delays and keeps the project on track.

Step 2: Locate the Linked Task

  • Find the specific task you want to check in the Task section.
  • On each task card, a schedule link icon will be displayed, indicating that the task is linked to a schedule.

Pro Tip:

Clicking the schedule link icon allows you to quickly navigate to the associated schedule, helping you understand dependencies and plan your work efficiently.

If a task is linked to a schedule, clicking the icon will display the schedule name along with its key details.

Pro Tip: Use this feature to quickly trace tasks back to their schedules—it keeps dependencies clear and avoids confusion.

If a task isn’t linked to any schedule, clicking the icon will clearly indicate that no schedule is associated.

Pro Tip: Linking tasks to schedules ensures better tracking and visibility—try to keep them connected whenever possible.
