What is Task Management?

Task Management refers to the process of managing tasks and activities specifically related to client projects or client deliverables. It focuses on organizing and tracking tasks that are meant to fulfill client requirements, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Effective task management for clients is key to maintaining strong client relationships, meeting expectations, and ensuring that all project deliverables are completed within scope and on time. 


Where can I access the task management?

1. Go to side Navigation bar.

2. Select Clients and Choose client.

3. Click on Task management.


Task management is not just about creating lists or assigning tasks; it’s about creating a streamlined process that enables efficient workflows, fosters collaboration, and ensures projects are completed successfully and on time.
