Viewing a Task – Step Into the Details

Every task card on your board is like a mini project in itself. Clicking “View” is like opening the door to its command center, where you can see everything and fine-tune it on the fly.

Here’s how you do it:

Here’s how you do it:

Open the Action Menu

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) — think of it as the task’s “more options” button.

Choose View

From the dropdown, hit View.
A sleek half-canvas panel slides out from the side, titled “View – [Task Name]”.It’s like flipping open the task’s profile card.

You can:

  • Rename the task if priorities shift.

  • Change status (To Do → In Progress → Completed).

  • Adjust priority when deadlines heat up.

  • Update start & end dates to realign schedules.

  • Reassign the task to another teammate.

  • Tick off checklist items as progress is made.

  • Add attachments or notes for more context.

Save (Without Really Saving)

There’s no “Save” button — updates reflect instantly.
Every change you make here syncs back to the Kanban board in real time, so the entire team stays aligned.
