Discount Configuration - Managing Your Discounts

Overview

Set up the discounts you offer - a seasonal promotion, a loyalty rate, a project-specific deal - once here, and they're ready to apply directly in your proposals and estimates.

Getting There

Click Settings (the gear icon) in the top right, select Preferences, then go to Discount Configuration.

Adding a Discount

1. Click Add Discount in the top right.
2. Enter the Discount Name and the Percentage (%).
3. Click Save.

Once saved, the new discount appears immediately in the list, ready to apply in proposals and estimates.

Editing a Discount

Click the three-dot menu next to any discount, then select Edit to update its name or percentage. Save your changes when you're done.

Turning a Discount On or Off

Use the On/Off toggle next to any discount to activate or deactivate it without deleting it. An inactive discount won't be available to apply on new proposals or estimates, but stays in your list for later.

Deleting a Discount

Click the three-dot menu next to a discount and select Delete. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
